Holy moley, this is some strong stuff. Generally we stay away from sauces that use extracts, but we had to include this one. Dave’s stuff is in it’s own league. After trying Dave’s, if you have any taste buds left, you might find the flavor isn’t too bad, although we believe it could be improved. Quite often there is a trade off between heat and flavor, and asking for both is apparently a tall order. It is still quite an enjoyable sauce that is great as an additive during cooking.
